Amy has a broad range of experience within HR that provides her a better understanding of operational issues from a strategic perspective. She can pivot to change & relate to small business issues commonly faced and will align her approach to fit your company’s needs.

 

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Earlham College in Richmond, IN & was a collegiate athlete in Field Hockey & Lacrosse. She maintains a PHR, Professional Human Resources certification through SHRM, a CAPM, Certified Associate in Project Management with the Project Management Institute, Six Sigma Lean White Belt certification, and most recently obtained her OSHA 30 Hour Certification in 2023. 

 

In her spare time, Amy enjoys attending concerts, stand-up comedy shows, crafting, meditation, crystal therapy, traveling the country & her never ending pursuit of being a #coolmom!
